Maintenance intervals

No compressor can work without maintenance. Like on a car, maintenance is a means of prolonging the life of your compressor and is essential to make it last for many years to come. Furthermore, the quality of air required for your operation is also dependent on regular maintenance intervals.

The compressor should be maintained annually and spare parts be replaced according to the hour indications for spare part listed on the following pages. The indications are to be considered as guidelines only, as various parameters like place of use, duty cycle, dust, ambient
temperature and quality of air etc. may have an influence on the wear of the components.

Follow the guidelines of the operating manual(-s) enclosed with your compressor in case of replacement of spare parts. If the operating manual has been lost, the latest version can be found on JUN-AIR’s web site under Support/Operating Manuals.

All JUN-AIR compressors are covered by a 2 year warranty period on faulty material or workmanskip. However, it is essential that the operational instructions have been carried out according to JUN-AIR’s indications.
